Help fast! Anyone got an idea of a audio file to text converter?

I'm in deep as I have a two hour interview that I'm supposed to write up and its taking me way to long to do.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that can change an audio file(wma for example) into some text. I tried the wav to text program but everytime i try to install it AVG goes crazy saying its infected with a trojan. :swearing: I will +rep over 9000 times on whoever can get me some help with this by the end of today.

You could install something like "Dragon naturally speaking" and just play the file and let the program type it out for you.

A few years a go i set it up for a quadriplegic to control his computer.
