Help finding the right fan controller

I'm in serious need of a fan controller for my 2 sycthe ultra kaze 3000's hooked up to my megahalems. I thought 45dB wouldn't be that bad but now I realize its just slightly over the point of reason. I'd like to dial these fans back to 2000-2500rpm (seem fairly slient here) but I need a good, reliable fan controller to do it.

I just don't know what exactly I need. These are big, powerful fans and I want to make sure there's enough power through the controller to let them go to max speed (if I want to benchmark or etc).

I'm looking for any controller, price doesn't matter, that will reliably/accurately control both these ultra kaze's and maybe one other 120mm sliverstone case fan. I also need something in black and preferably with no LED's or red ones (anything else would look stupid on my case).

Any ideas?

Lamptron FC-2 handles 45W per channel, that should work for your needs. However, even your big bad fans could atleast be run on a single channel of most fan controllers, if not even daisy chained. I currently have 6 fans being run of a single channel on my FC-2. They're not as beast mode as your fans, but every 2 of mine should be equivalent to one of yours.

you could use a NZXT Sentry LXE which you can put on the desk and not worrying about the color. The 10W per channel provides enough power to control the Scythe ultra kaza 3000 fan with 0,6A output.

thanks for the suggestions guys, I'm a little worried about it, but I think I'm going to go with the Sunbeam. The lamptrons are sold out at all the places I check and the only Lamptrons available were just the switch type that ran at either 5v/12v. I was hoping for more controll than that so they're out. With the NZXT's 10w per line seems like cutting to close to me, I don't have an open pci slot to hook up the LXE anyway.

Here's one more question, do the dial-type fan controllers actually control accurately? Or are they the same as the 5v/12v/off switch-type controllers? In other words, dial or not, do all controllers just give two speeds and an off position...
