I would like to know why is there a black rectangle when I point to something inside IE. I use to not have it, but recently I have it and I have went to the same web page on my other computer and it didn't have it so I think I accidently press the wrong buttor or something so can anyone please help me?The pic is here

i used to get that happen, but a freash install stopped it,sorry i cant help...but hadn't a clue what caused it either..
