Help Formatting FAT32

I have a 100GB laptop hard drive, and i'm trying to format it with fat32. Does anybody know how to do this?

what you will have to do is patition the drive in 3

Is there any way to do it from dos? I also heard something about being able to use a windows 98 bootdisk for it.
I did it, no dos or anything. I downloaded a program called compuapps swissknife v3 and now I have a 100gb fat32 formatted drive.
