Everything. First off the Motherboard lines up with the I/O shild but not the PCI-E x16 slots. I don't understand.

When you say line up do you mean north south line up or east west line up

Where do i plug the red cabel that goes to my DVD drive into the motherboard?

Is it a SATA cable? Without knowing the motherboard's model number, I wouldn't be able to speculate where it is on the mobo =\\

Look for the rectangle plugs with the L shaped part in the middle.

If it's a SATA cable it goes into the slots in the red circle I believe...

I throught those were just Hard Disk Connecters.

DVD players connects to the same SATA ports as the HDD does.

The cable looks similar like this right?

look JUST to the right of the red circle in the pic. that's where the SATA plugs go.

Im still confused on how to hook up the fan's on the antec 1200?

OK I turned it on and nothinig happened. The fan's moved a bit but then stoped. What does that mean?
