What is your VID and core voltage at now? Just bump up the voltage from what its at now (1.25 to less than 1.3 or so). You may also want to up your FSB voltage as well slighty. Make sure not to push it too far voltage wise and check your temps. Also do you have stock cooling?
Almost all q6600 should be able to hit 3ghz. I say give it 1.4v to vcore and see what happens.
all of them are auto i only did the CPU Frequency to 301*9= 2.7Ghz and yes i'm on stock cooling il try to give it some volts just hope that i don't have to reset the bios again

Edit : i'm now testing whit 1.40 VCORE

But it's too hot whit stock cooling 65-68 degrees celsius

Yeah 1.4v is way too much for 3.0. You would need 1.3 max probably. Try that and let us know.
ok il do that now and let you guys know and thanks for the support

EDIT: I Tryed 1.3 but my system wont start whit it so i'm back to 1.4 i think that i need about 1.38v il test later after il come back from work

i left my pc on whit prime for 8 hours on 1.40 VCore and no errors
