For overclocking, it's not that hard, especially video card. Just dl ATi Tool or whatever and increase first the core clock, then the video clock, by about 5 mhz at a time. after each oc, check (in a game) for artifacts. That'll squeeze a little more performance, but mainly for drastic gains, a new video card and a sound card.
