help me decide guyz!

hi guyz!me again =D

decided to change the Q9550(from my previous post)

before ordering it my eyes caught another 3 processors

I7 965X
QX9650
QX9770(a friend ready to sell me this one )

got enough money i can get one of them,so what do you guyz suggest?

all them must be better then the Q9550

any replays will appreciated!

you do realize you have to change everything if u go i7. just go q9550 or 9650

and on a gigbyte board you could hit 500x9 posssibly so 4.2+

yap for sure i7 the best processor out there....4 cores 8 threads you will play everything damnnnn to the max that cpu it's hard it breaks everything everest scores are like 18.000 MB/s on write

of course you will need a new mobo to use i7 because it has a new socket

thats the memory bandwidth you get with ddr3 at ~1600mhz (copy test ... read and write are lower) ... nothing to do with the cpu itself

So are you building from scratch? If so I7 if you got the cash.

And don't ever buy a QX**** unless you get a smoking deal on it, or you throw money on the fire to keep warm at night.

Hardware:500GB 7200RPM, 16MB, Sata II

Vid card:GTX 295 1792MB GDDR3 DX10 HDTV 2xDVI HDMI PCI-E 2.0

PSU:Corsair TX 850W Active PFC 12cm Fan

Im planing to do 90% gaming 10%(work,etc)
i mostly play games Crysis wars/mirror's Edge/Fallout 3/Left 4 Dead/and couple more of them(and some ancient games too) and not forget COD4 too,im planing to play them all on max graphic.might be getting 21-24E HD wide screen.anything i need to change for the i7?
