Anyways you won't be able to oc it via BIOS since it's an HP and the settings are locked on prebuilds.
So basically your only chanche is software overclocking, which kinda sucks.
Try Clockgen or something like that to oc, but don't expect any great result (if any at all)
Or start looking out for a new mobo
