help me Palit 9500gt Super 1gb

I currenty have driver version NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT 182.08

i am using hdmi and currently i have the latest driver and my picture and video looks quality looks awful

like they have been smudged

you might have some peanut butter or some type of goo smeared on the screen...

kidding aside,
what resolution you running @? 720p? 720i?
i think a tv like yours will run well @ 1360 x 768.

im running it at 720p Which control pannel put it to 1280 x 720 60hz
