To go above 3.6 you'll have to go to 1.5v, above 3.7 go to 1.55v. That's it don't go any further then 1.55v, that's the limit. And once you get a stable OC @1.55v don't leave it there 24/7, back off to 34-36 and 1.4v for every day use. Only OC above that when you need it. (gaming) Save 2 settings in BIOS, (1) 3.8 OC and (2) 3.4 OC. Also you can use AMD Overdrive to save 2 OC settings so you won't have to restart into BIOS every time you want to change OCs.
