try for more vcore if the issue is not heat related. also, reapplying thermal paste could help if it is heat related. finnally, you could add a pci fan.

To go above 3.6 you'll have to go to 1.5v, above 3.7 go to 1.55v. That's it don't go any further then 1.55v, that's the limit. And once you get a stable OC @1.55v don't leave it there 24/7, back off to 34-36 and 1.4v for every day use. Only OC above that when you need it. (gaming) Save 2 settings in BIOS, (1) 3.8 OC and (2) 3.4 OC. Also you can use AMD Overdrive to save 2 OC settings so you won't have to restart into BIOS every time you want to change OCs.

i'm running at 3.71GHz @ 1.456V. stable as a rock. Dont go far over 1.5v. My xiggy can barely handle 1.52v and that's approaching 60C.

check my "proof" in my sig for my multiplier and fsb settings.

Not necessarly, all CPU's are different, i had 3.75 @ 1.46v core. and 3.8 @ 1.49v core. Ive seen someone with 4. something ghz on stock voltage, he may have had phase cooling though
