i just flashed my bios to the new uefi and now my motherboard lights are on. the computer seems to be working fine but the mobo lights are on. what does this mean and how can i fix this? any help is greatly appreciated.

in the manual it says ->

PHASE LED
The number of lighted LEDs indicates the CPU loading. The higher the CPU loading, the more the number of lighted LEDs. To enable the Phase LED display function, please first enable Dynamic Energy Saver™ 2. Refer to Chapter 4, "Dynamic Energy Saver™ 2," for more details.

but cpu meter says my cpu is barely working and these lights usually only flash when i boot my computer thats it.
