First: Is hyperthreading on?
Second: What's the vcore?

Either way you've got a lot of headroom. The comfortable max for most people is 85C so keep and pushing it!

Keep going!

This is OCN the "pursuit of performance." Not MCN the "pursuit of mediocrity."

Yes sorry forgot to mention Vcore is 1.23125 and is stable also is it a good idea to have the side 200mm intake fan as a outtake fan surely this should be ok since heat will be going out ?

Side fan should be intake. The top and rear fan(s) should do all of the exhaust.

Since you're at such a low voltage, I'd just see how much you need Vcore you need for 4.0GHz and see how much you need for 4.2GHz. Check your temps the whole way and find a good speed to stay at.

If you got 3.8ghz on 1.23v, you should be able to get 4ghz+ easy. The reason I say should is because I got my i7 at 4ghz on 1.22v, but it takes 1.35v to even boot at 4.2ghz, so.
