Help OC my n9500GT

Hey everyone.
I've recently brought the MSI n9500GT
Im looking @ overclocking it.
Stock settings:
Core clock: 550Mhz
ShadeR: 1350MHz
Memory: 800MHz
Also, in the bios it has a frequency OF 100MHz,,, whats the frequency do?
Its on a stock fan aswell
Can someone give me advice on the OC, as its my first GPU oc, maybe some programs ect?

download rivatuner. http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163

and play around with it.

under driver setting on the main page. click customize then the button that looks like a gfx card.(when you hover your mouse over it is says "system settings") from there you can adjust the clock speeds and the fan.

Yep - rivaturner is the way to go. Check this http://forums.vr-zone.com/showthread.php?t=56017 out if you don't know how to use it...

you can always try Ntune. (I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND IT THO) riva tuner is about as good as they come.
ok , but whats the thing in BIOS about the frequency?

That site is worth a look at..
In that TUT they used powerstrip, is it ok for PCI-e cards?
