I'm currently trying to get my i7 920 @ 3.8GHz stable. It currently is 80+hours stable on Prime95 with these settings
181x21 = 3800
vcore : 1.25v
QPI : 1.21v
10-10-10-24 @ 1.65v

If I change the memory to 9-9-9-24 (which it is rated at), I BSOD within the hour with IRQL_NOT_EQUAL 0x0000000000A

I emailed Patriot (the brand of my RAM) about the problem and they recommended upping tRC by 120ns and QPI to 1.35-1.5v. I dont really think thats the problem though? Or could it be?

need more information to help you out. take a screen shot and post it of a CPU-Z, also what speed is your ram running at now? because if your over the 1600mhz thats why you ram is unstable. with ram its not the QPI voltage but the CPU VTT you need to up, try increasing CPU VTT to +100mv, also a QPI voltage of 1.5v is not a good idea, max rated by intel for the QPI is 1.4v and for your overclock i would say that a QPI of 1.25-1.27v be fine. the other thing is are you running your ram in T1 or T2 timings? if your ram is rated for 9-9-9-24 in T2 timings it wont do that in T1

I'm running them at 1451MHz and they're suppose to be rated 9-9-9-24 @ 1600Mhz :[
