Yeah, DFI LANParty Ut nF3-250Gb is definately, by far, the best Socket 754 board (and in my opinion, the best board, period).

It looks like you'd like to upgrade from the 754 3000+ you have now I take it?

If so, I recommend going the way of S939 and picking yourself up an EPoX 9NDA3+, it's my board of choice
Has a plethora of good overclocking features and is rock solid to hit some crazy high numbers if the rest of your system components can handle it.

You can get yourself into a 3200 and this board for $350.

DFI Lanparty nf3 250Gb... Mot definetley the board of choice when going SKt 754.

Alot of us have got some great overclock out of these boards... I had a 3200 in mine at first but it died... Anyways I got that upto 250x10 with my old PC3200 XMS Corsair running at 1:1 aswell... I now have had to drop down to 3000 for my CPU but even this one packs a punch and Im pulling 275x9 with my Geil PC4000 at 1:1.
