I have a problem. I tried getting over 4.3Ghz on this chip but i can't. I tried even the most highest cpu voltage in bios and nothing. I upped the VTT and NB voltage and still nothing...any advices ???
I think it would be safe to say that your motherboard and or your CPU has simply hit its limit. Asrock isn't exactly an overclocking board and E7400 getting 4.3ghz isnt an easy feat.

true but i had that bored, i couldnt get any fsb over 400mhz stable, i could post at 500mhz, and anything between but was impossible to get stable anything between 400-500
Nope, whenever you see an fsb record or a review that says they got over 500fsb, it means they put the multiplier down to 6. Ive gotten my board to 600 with a run of super pi stable.
Then you'll need to crank the vcore n nb volt up to a lot. try 1.5 vcore, 1.5 nb. What fsb termination are you running? put your ram at 2.1v and 6-6-6-18
