I think it would be safe to say that your motherboard and or your CPU has simply hit its limit. Asrock isn't exactly an overclocking board and E7400 getting 4.3ghz isnt an easy feat.
For this Asrock i saw some very high FSB's. Over 500 Mhz so i think it can do it

true but i had that bored, i couldnt get any fsb over 400mhz stable, i could post at 500mhz, and anything between but was impossible to get stable anything between 400-500

Nope, whenever you see an fsb record or a review that says they got over 500fsb, it means they put the multiplier down to 6. Ive gotten my board to 600 with a run of super pi stable.
I don't want it very stable..i just want it for a Superpi run

Then you'll need to crank the vcore n nb volt up to a lot. try 1.5 vcore, 1.5 nb. What fsb termination are you running? put your ram at 2.1v and 6-6-6-18

If VTT is fsb term then the max was 1.36

Ya it is, it's not a voltage to crank up though. try 1.26 first

BTW, don't run 1.5 vcore for very long. Just a minute or two

Didn't worked. Even tried 1.40 at VTT and 1.6 Vcore and nothing... just when it gets to XP loading, at the 2nd round it just blocks and restarts

Forgot to say, i'm trying to achieve 4.5Ghz cuz 4.3 was achieved.
you probably wont get in windows
what actual fsb are you at for 4.3ghz?

thats because your not stable enough to load windows, its not a driver or software error, its stability

And how can i make it stable??...or at least stable to boot windows...
probably cant
you will have to keep fiddling with the voltages
im pretty sure you already found your boards max
