Help Overclocking E6550

Hey, need some help/advice to push my E6550 even further.
The rig in question is the one in sig.

I have gotten to the point where at 400fsb, the CPU sits @ 2.8GHz (400*7) and the memory is @ 1:1 sitting at 800MHz 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V. (PC2-6400)

I need to know what I have to do to push this even further, I am hoping to achieve a min of 430*7 = 3.01GHz, which means the RAM will run at 860MHz.
When I push the RAM over default to 860, will I have to loosen the timings or up the voltage?

I found a review of my RAM kit here (Click the first link to Overclock3*D, OCN blocks it otherwise, pathetic...), they were able to have them at 1150MHz, 5-5-5-12 @ 2.3V

CPU currently sits at 2.8GHz, 52c under load @ 1.35V stable. (CPU-Z Validator)

Anything else I need to add?
Tnx OCN,

Here's my components with links:
CPU - Intel E6550
RAM - Corsair PC2-6400 4GB XMS2 DHX
Mobo - MSI P35 Neo

Loosen the timings first and run memtest86+ to test for RAM stability since your RAM is already running at pretty high voltage. Once you get everything stable you can try tightening the timings and rerunning memtest to find the optimal settings.
