Help Overclocking Pentium 4 (For computing and Gaming)

I know nothing about overclocking, I just thought it would improve the experience slightly.

I want to know how far I can overclock a Pentium 4 2.8GHz without having to add additional fans or cooling.

3.2GHz is my target, only another 400mhz.

I have found no way to overclock in the Dell BIOS so I'm puzzled.

It's a 6 year old Dell Dimension 2400 with 1.2GB of RAM and a Pentium 4 2.8GHz running XP Pro SP3

I don't know how well overclocking to 3.2GHz would reduce lag, but whatever.

If you have any suggestions on to increase performance while doing everyday things as well as gaming, let me know.

I got a NVIDIA GeForce 5200 FX cause it was like $30 and I wish I would've paid more for the 8400 GS

Mainly, the main reason for all of this, is so I can play Team Fortress 2 at high detail with no lag, and run Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2.

For the CPU:
CPUCool, CPUFSB, ClockGen, SetFSB will all work.
For the GPU:
PowerStrip or the "coolbits" tweak (do the registry editing yourself, don't use a program that does it) will work.

3.2 is a no brainer, putting a fan on the norrthbridge will help as it will get pretty hot.
3.6 will need better cooling, especially the northbridge.
4.0 is beyond air cooling.

Good luck!
