I'm having trouble over clocking to 5.0 and I don't know what to change. A core always fails within 10-15 minutes. http://www.overclock.net/lists/display/view/id/4966701

what vcore are you running....mine needs 1.55v to reach those 5ghz with a corsair h100i

I have custom water cooling on it. Right now I'm at 4.7 at 1.5125

That is a lot of voltage for such low speed. Or you have a really bad chip, or maybe something is not set correctly on your uefi. What is your north brigde and hyper transport speeds?

well this maybe a long shot...but try to lower them to 2.2, remove your fsb overclock, use only the cpu multiplier, and make sure your ram is solid, stock speed and timings, and see how far it goes with that voltage setting.
