also 16 GB of ram, possibly an aftermarket self contained heatsink/rad, 1-3 fans, 2-3 hdds (1ssd) undecided on mobo yet, heard some stuff about gigabyte mobos not working with evga psu's but I'm looking at this one. (yes it needs to be from BB since i have a giftcard)

In the future might be looking to overclock and either 1 upgrade gfx card or 2 sli.

How much is your gift card is saving you? If it doesn't bring it a bit lower than let's say $80, if possible, I would past on buying it off of BB, get the Rosewill Capstone 750-M for $85, and use that gift card on something else. While it is overkill for a two 760 in SLI, it price nearly as much as the non-modular Capstone 550w. It also superior to the EVGA NEX650G. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182264
To answer the BB gift card qeustion, im buying both my mobo and psu with it, its ~$370. Also I completely forgot but color scheme is blue black (not a big deal at all to me for psu) also id prefer modular
maybe I'm just derping today but my case is a bottom mount case, will the fan on this be facing up or down
