LLC tries to minimize vdroop (which is I believe, when the core runs under load, the voltage "droops"). It might also try and minimize vdrop, which is the difference in what you see in the bios and in windows. I don't think LLC is really what is causing this drop. It happens regardless, but less if LLC is on.
To answer OP, my understanding of that drop is just something that happens. I dont think anything is wrong, and you can try to enable LLC to minimize that drop (if your motherboard supports it).
I have had that drop in voltage in every mobo I have owned. It is a bit annoying, but I wouldn't worry about it.
