Wait... so i'll just try to make that statement more clear for myself:

you just bought a GTX 285 and installed it into your computer as well as a new Q9650 and you are now getting instability issues on both cores when overclocked at 3.5Ghz and 3.3Ghz?

Have you raised the voltages at all in the motherboard bios?

Also, welcome to OCN.

Also try to have better sentences, it's kinda hard to understand without them

yes i got my new gtx 285 but my computer was build with all the rest including qx9650 so wehen i play to oc or put additional gpu or chage gpu i get 2 cores @3.5 and 2 cores @ 3.3 on same cpu 4 cores total starge part is that i am only rising multiplicator to 10x instead of 9x and mem is oc'ed to 1600 fbs cause i baught pc3-12800 so my mobo supports 1600 1800 and 2000 oc'ed
