My processor currently runs stably at 2271 MHz

but that is with only multipliers set to their max, wenever i try to set the fsb higher it crashes

whatever the multiplier is and my motherboard only changes from 133MHz to 166MHz and 200MHz, isn't there any way that i can do it in 1MHz increments

Well i'd try lowering the MULTI first. Remeber the more FSB the better! ;-)

I think it has a setting in the bios that says "user defined" os something similar. Set it to that and you can go 1 mhz at a time. Also lower you multi to about 10 and work with the fsb from there.

Set your "System Performance" to "Agressive"

Set your "CPU interface" to "Agressive"
You should be able to select as you wish!!!
But remember you MUST have a good FHS (Fan Heat Sink) to absorb the extra voltage you will need to OC that baby safely
