well summer is almost here and my little cooler is starting to struggle , with my room at 74 degrees my cpu was running at 60 degrees celcius during occt so i need a cooler that will fit my board and case, i am considering the zerotherm 120, coolermaster v8 , zalman 9700 or tuniq tower , but i am leaning towards the CM v-8 any recommendations ?

The V8 is the best of the three you listed IMHO however the TRUE is still the best cooler available. I am going to be getting a V8 based on it looks and near the top performance, but I don't have heat issues if I did I would get a TRUE.
Just in case ThermalRight Ultra 120 Extreme
There are several versions based on material and processor type.
