basiclly, i have a dfi sli-d mobo, and wanted to know about thermal throttling, i currentlly have it set to 87.5 as if i turn it off, it limits my fps in cs source, it also make my pc idle at 100% if disabled,

also voltages running thru teh board, i need to know about teh max i can run through, teh ldt/chipset etc, i havnt attempted to oerclock my machine since ive had this mobo, i am running at what i know i can which is 2.7ghz any help would be great thankyou

EDIT: ghow do i enable 2T timning on the DFI i can seem to find it anywhere :S

first off plz. fill out your system specs. that way we can help tell you how far your system can be pushed.

2T should be default.
Safe voltage:
chip set-leave as is. very little preformance can be gained by raising it and its dangerous.
CPU-vcore in bios- 1.5v
memory-vdimm in bios- depends on memory.

Thermal throtteling and OCing... you don't want anything to inhibit the CPU's fan max speed when OCing.
