Set up is
EP45-UD3P
E6700 + Mugen 2 Push.
OCZ 4-4-4-15-2T 1G 400mhz DDR2 X 4
Sapph 4890

Idles around 26 during the day, 32 ~ 35 on full load.

And the multiplier keeps going from 6 to 10 and back. Also voltage changes. I am guessing this is effect of auto setting on voltage? This board rather confuses me, when I set FSB to user control, I let it stay at 266 with 10x. It does not boot. I started to freak out. This is not my computer so I don't wanna, crap it up. Need help here, I want to practice on this computer before I touch an i7.

edit: And I meant I need help Overclocking

Disable C1E and Speedstep in the BIOS, this is causing your cpu to downclock and reduce the multiplier to save energy.

Lol, true, seems like multi jumps stopped, should I just change the fbs and vcore volt or adjust my RAM manually with it
