Help with EVGA MIR...cant find PDF to send it in...+Rep for answer

Hi Everyone,

Well I purchased my EVGA GTX 260 on 10 Feb and got it a couple of days later from NewEgg. It had a MIR but I have misplaced it.

If anyone can find me that PDF I would greatly appreciate it!
