Help with loop.

Here is a diagram of my loop. LL

It is using the H220 block/pump and oem rad on top. No matter what I cannot get the air out of the block so it make a horrible noise all the time except 1200 rpm the slowest it can go.

I've drained it and filled it twice same results

Anything I setup that seems wrong?

I'm probably not the best person to give advice because I haven't yet completed my loop just yet, but what I've read is that you need to make sure your loop is completely full. If you can still fit water in, keep putting in water. Once that's done, you'll need to pulse the system. As in, have the motor on the slowest speed, then pulse it up to the fastest, and keep doing this. While pulsing, try tilting your PC back and forth as well.
Completely full? You sure about that? I see pics of other peoples setup's with res not full either. Does height above res matter?
As far as I know bay reservoirs take a heck of a long time to get all the air bubble to bleed out... so it could be recycling the air bubbles in the reservoir.
Your main problem is your pump location. Pumps are best placed in the lowest part of your system. Do you have a bleed screw on your top Rad?
