Help with overclock (CPU:RAM ratio)

I'm relatively new to overclocking…so you'll have to excuse my lack of knowledge in this area.

As listed in my specs... I have a P4 3.2 GHz that I was running OC'd to 3.36 GHz (not a big jump I know). I recently decided to push it to 3.5GHz. The Machine runs fine… I'm getting a max load temp of 56° and idles of 40° which I'm quite happy with. However, when I pushed it up 3.5 GHz my memory ratio went up to 3:2 (from 1:1) and my frequency dropped to 146.7 (from 210) and my timmings changed to 2.5/4/4/8 (from 2.5/3/3/8). How would I go about dropping that back to 1:1?? Thanks in advance.

I had them running @ 210 before I jumped up to 3.5 GHz
According to this webpage (from Asus` website) you have an adjustable FSB/DDR ratio.
Are you sure your settings for this are not on "Auto" ? This might be the reason why your mobo is changing the divider. You should try to manually adjust it.
Look at page 4-18 of your manual "DRAM Frequency".
Also try to increase the CAS timing from 2.5 to 3 and try again.

I decided to go into the bios and started playing around with some settings...you were right...it was set to auto... I adjusted it up to 400mhz which brought my ratio back to 1:1.

Thanks for your response!!
