You shouldn't need more than 1.1 vSoC or so for 1866FCLK.

3733Ram and 3733 Infinity fabric would be 1:1 ? Correct me if Im wrong.
DDR4-3733, 3733MT/s, etc, is ~1866.6MHz. A 1:1:1 FCLK:UCLK:MCLK ratio would be 1866MHz across all three, which implies 3733MT/s memory, because DDR implies two transfers per I/O clock cycle.

Actual clock I/O clock speeds are what matters for syncronizing clocks, not the transfers per clock.

ok ill try to bring it down, I actually forgot when I was trying to hit 3733 cl14-14-14-32, I did hit that but I tighten things too tight and was unstable and then forgot all my timings I entered

What were your final settings ? Did you set correct infinity fabric ? What voltage did you apply to CPU.

Those timings seem really really tight. I reckon your Ram is unstable. Loosen them up.

You have 64GB of Ram, populating all four slots and with those tight timings on a pretty high frequency.

Are those timings manually entered or default XMP ???

manually, XMP is 3800 cl14-16-16-36, but on xmp I can only hit 3733

Dial it down to 3600MHz with CL 14-16-16-36 with Infinity Fabric to 1800Mhz

For the sake of trying to know if your CPU is unstable or your ram is. See if u can boot into windows on a lower Ram frequency for now.
