Help with RAM ratio

just started oc,ing (just got the gear to do it) and i am stuck i have managed to oc the cpu to 3526mhz but then when i try to up the fsb the system becomes unstable i have read the basic oc,ing treads in the forum and tried to follow them accuretly. my bios is pheonix award.when i was reading threads on oc,ing people talked about dram timings i cant seem to find this in my bios i have everything else like ,cpu voltage dram voltage but i cant find how to change my dram timings and by the sounds of it it is very important for ocing also i dont fully understand how to get 1-1 ratio.in advanced chipset configs i can open dram timings but nothing looks the same as i have read also at the last option in dram timings there is a option that reads memory overclock percentage from 0 to 31% when i apply this my system crashes
my mobo is a ecs rs400-a my north chipset is a ati rs400 and the south is a sb400

no advanced menu for control+F1 option at boot screen

freq/volt controls

vcore volt adjust: (normal,3%,6%,9%)
vdimm volt adjustment: (+50mv,+100mv,+150mv)
auto detect PCI clock: (enable/disable)
spread spectrum:
cpu clock: (min 200 max 510)

advanced chipset features:

current mrc version 4.1:
current fsb freq 200mhz:
current dram feq:266mhz:
ALL THREE ABOVE OPTIONS ARE LOCKED:
memory clock 266 mhz: changable from 200mhz to 266mhz to 333mhz other options are sync,auto,manual:
UMA frame buffer size:32mb through to 128mb:
adjust pci config:enterable
adjust dram timing:
INSIDE DRAM TIMING CONTROL IS BELOW
simple addr translation: ena/dis:
laq bypass:ena/dis
pif stage:ena/dis
bui power management:ena/dis/auto
memory bank alignment:auto/manual
MANUAL IS CHANGABLE AS FOLLOWS:
channel map nb: default setting

i dont understand to much of the above settings i know a little but i dont think my knowledge is good enough

Can you list down all the options in your bios where your fsb can be changed? There is a setting you just might not recognize it. Also, did you open the advanced settings? Not Advanced cmos setup, but hit Ctrl+F1 in the opening screen, and it might open more options.

ps: can you edit your system specs and tell which prescott you have.

Have you locked your PCI/PCI-E?

Post some CPUZ screenies of the main, memory & spd tab

Spread spectrum should be disabled btw (can't tell if it's enabled or disabled from what you posted)

Lol, these aren't 'options' they just show what your system is currently set at.
This shows your RAM is running faster then your FSB, so it might be your RAM that's holding you back. If you put it in 1:1 you could get a higher oc.

All you have to do for that is put the Memory Clock on 200.

Also, disable any sort of 'auto-overclock' features you might have.
