Looks simple enough. What are the rated timings for your RAM kit?

this is the ram i have, they dont really give a lot of info either.
=/
I hope you didn't actually pay that price listed on their website for that RAM. You can get it for less than $50 online. All I could find on the egg was that it's CAS latency is 5. Honestly, you should be able to get away with 4-4-4-12 at stock voltage if you're gonna run it at the rated 800MHz.

EDIT: or in the case of your BIOS, 4-12-4-4 if you can. Maybe even bump the stock voltage a bit. The only other timing you might be able to tighten in that first set of information is the 52 down to about 45-50. The other timings in the first set of information (the 6's and 3's) are actually not bad. Be careful playing with those tRD settings tho. Lowering that might require some pretty high voltage bumps on your NB. It's also known as the performance level and honestly, if its currently at 7 thats not that bad.
Those are disgusting prices...

Change the tCL to 5
Change the tRAS to 18 (you can probably do 15 w/out problems)
Change the tRP to 5
Change the tRCD to 5

That's what they're auto-setting to, but it'll keep them from changing.
which ones do i change to get 4-4-4-12?
Change the same ones, but replace the 5's with 4's and the 18 with 12.

The settings from top to bottom correspond with the values showing from left to right. So first item would 4. The second would be 12 and the 4's for the third and fourth settings down

EDIT: just remember that if your gonna try and tighten the timings you might have to raise voltage to make them stable. try small bumps and see what happens. Just don't go over 2.2v if you don't have to
Okay, I changed those numbers and now it's not booting....
Any suggestionsss?
So I should start at 2.2volts andd work my way down ~ thanks~
It's probably because they weren't made to run at those timings and aren't completely stable. Try setting it back to 5-5-5-18 and lowering one setting at a time.
Sorry... might have been a little over zealous with advice on the lower timings. I was going off the fact that most DDR2 800 memory I've seen (including my old HZ's) are set to 4-4-4-12. br3nd064 is right..... start with stock timings and try lowering the 18 down to 17 and see if stable. See how far you can get before unstable and then bump the voltage one notch. Then see if you can continue to lower settings. At most, you might have to end up keeping CAS set to 5 but with most kits I overclocked, I was able to reduce the other timings fairly well just keeping the CAS stock.
You can't just blindly set the timings. Must I repeat myself? Post the SPD tab of CPU-Z!
