help with webspace and pictures?

basiclly, i just bought myself some cheap web space, im uploading forums as we speak, but i want to be able to allow visitors, to upload pictures, and allow the public to see them aswell, this is my first bit of web i have done, i dont know any web dev. coding, and wondered if you guys could help out at all

There are other forums dedicated to what you're asking... You should look around as they will be of much greater help to you than us in this matter.

what type of forums would that be, the only free one i know of is phpBB
