Can you list the voltages you have tried?
I would think you need about (just a guess on vcore since every CPU is different) 1.35v vcore, which is a generous estimate since many can run 3.0GHz at 1.30v vcore. But you can lower once you get it stable. Then set the NB to 1.35v - 1.4v and the FSB termination voltage (VTT) to 1.35v. See if that gets you anywhere with a 1333QDR.
