Help!

So ok just a few minutes ago my computer dies. Thought.......maybe I just bumped the power button.Nope thats not it.somthings loose.Not it either So my thought is power supply failure. Now I'm kind of new to computers and i've been noticing my vcore fluxuates alot. Its small amounts though, now is this normal? Any help would be appreciated here.
