OK - what have you checked - when you swapped everything round - have you made sure heatsink is correctly mounted?

I just installed a UD5 mb, i upgraded from the UD4 P67.
Everything is connected it, press the power button and it starts all fans working etc then nothing will come up on the screen and within 10 sec it will turn off and start again, and will keep doing this over and over again ???
