wow..... and he says that those scores are from the gpu's at 70%??? Is the Kentsfield bottlenecking this operation? Always new a 4.8ghz Kentsfield is really slow.....

pretty cool setup though, and easy to do... all he has to do is fill those copper pipe with liquid nitrogen and bingo... 23k in 3dmark06

Still he'd probably only get like 4000 in 3dmark07... and i'd be getting single digits

AFAIK he is actually running the QX6700. Here is the system configuration via Orb. Note the 1/4 cores.

Anyways, I would say those scores are all but unreachable for the X6800.
