hay i have ben down lately nuthing helps make me happy at all. every one i know exsept for one person just keeps scrooing me over. and just thing after thing after thing keeps draging me down and just i cant see any light in this. i have lost 20 pounds and i just dont eat or sleep at all. i was wundering if any one knows how to make me feel better it would help me out a lot right now. you have no idea how much it will help. thanks every one

Couple things.

1. Avoid all women, they will bring you nothing but pain and rejection. Stick to video games,movies, and virtual world where you can make an emotional investment without chance of backfire.

2. Eat high sugar foods, dark and rich chocolates are especially good for this as the more sugar something has, the more endorphins it releases in your brain. The more you eat, the more content you will be.

3. Don't let anybody know you're depressed. You may think you're telling somebody you can trust, but the ridicule you'll endure if you tell the wrong person will be emotionally scarring for years. Keep your problems and deal with them yourself and on your own time, you'll be a stronger person for it and have a better sense of identity and character.

hell when i got divorced years ago,i went on vacation and partied my a__ off.needless to say when i got back.i still felt pretty good,but was hoarse or 6 months.

I delt with that stuff, I got my drivers licence a while ago so i always go out for long drives alone to the rural part of town (with no street lights or anything) and i usually just park the truck there and chill for a bit, listen to music, etc. When i don't have acess to my truck, i just go for a walk and listen to my Ipod. it'll keep you sane I guess

i have ben like this for so long a just need help so i rilly dont care who nows i just need help and i will eat more chocolate even thoe i hate it lol

2.Eat food that makes you fat

Remember, depression can be a good thing.
When I was going through it, I found peace in my solitude and taught myself a lot of skills I wouldn't have learned if I was doing other things.
The more depressed you are now, the better.

See if you can talk to a doctor or something? I'm not sure, but this is an overclocking forum and the advice you will get here may not be what you need right now. I wish i could help, i know i was really depressed years ago when my wife left me.... and then more depressed when she came back! Ho! Heh,heh.... sorry little joke there.... we eventually realized we couldn't stay together and got divorced, but it worked out for the best. Hang in there man!

Well just remember its temporary and that it will get better. Also excerise and keep planning stuff. Its always good to keep your mind busy and off stuff that make you sad. Sooner or later it will go away.

Acceptance is the key my friend. Perhaps you should learn and really think about what this means:

You should spend some time and MEDITATE, think about your life, think about what made you happy before. Some might make you happy again, some will most likely not.

Also, it is VITALLY IMPORTANT that you get enough sleep, food, and sunlight. Sunlight is a natural anti-depressant, it also helps you're body utilize calcium by producing vit. D.

And one more thing, if you don't regularly exercise; now is a good time to start.
Exercising releases endorphins in your brain. Endorphins make you happy. Exercise also stimulates serotonin production, which makes you happy too.
Also exercise will help you sleep better, feel better about yourself, make you stronger, look better, and increase your self confidence.
