That looks fine but maybe an antec 300 or cm690 would be better so you can save some money on great cases :/
I'd get a different mobo as well. Maybe something like a Gigabyte UD3R.
If it fits in the budget there are a few nice gigabyte P45 boards available below $100.
I would also go for faster ram off the bat, some DDR2 1066 there are some ocz reapers that have been on sale around $50. Then again i dont know what your budget is like. oops i saw it, ha ha im thinking you can do something amazing under $700, definitely better than what you listed.

Where you planning on getting everything. you'll find most of us in the states buy from newegg
Two recommendations:

Based on my experience with Asus, I'd recommend going with one of their competitors for your mainboard. Try the Gigabyte UD3P as a reasonably priced alternative at $125 after rebate.

Next, spend a bit more money on the GPU and get a GTX 260 for $160 after rebate. If you can spend it, you'd be very wise to pick up the GTX 260 Core 216. It's worth it for the extra shader processors.

And waverrider had the right idea about cases - you can find some better options out there for about the same money, but that's a much more subjective issue, so I'll not comment. Enjoy!
Ok guyz thank you for your replays!
