ok here goes...
1. I would strongly suggest u buy a new PSU since there is no guarantee that the old one will work for too long.
2. If you buy the boxed processor then it comes with the heat sink and fan so unless u r overclocking it there is no need to buy one. But if u r not buying boxed processor or intend to oc then u need something else. COME back and let us know and we will help u sort that out.
3. Yes it seems like and i am sure all that will work together well.
