I know loweing the multiplier increases the ram speeds while u increase the fsb. question is this would it be better to use higher fsb or higher multi? The reason im asking is this i finally hit a wall on my proc it seems no matter what i do i cannot reach 3.0 oh well. right now im at 2.94 with dfi ultra-d the best speed i can get with low temps i can push it to 2.96 but crazy temps. so im wondering since i bought a new ram pc4400 its rated to go 277 and with my current oc Fsb 268 [email protected] 2.94g, dram 200 (1:1) at 268mhz so im under clocking the ram speeds. i can try this settings to increase my ram. fsb 294 x10 multi @ 2.94, dram 200 (1:1) @ 294mhz. if i do use this settings what are the pros and cons to it?

Well last night i tried running memtest test #5 with no errors (5 loops) @310mhz how many loops should i run to know if this is really stable? and having a faster ram is better than having a faster fsb?
