OK, I just want to know what can I expect for a new build if using this memory with this Motherboard
Asus F2A85-V PRO
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR3 2400(O.C.)/2250(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel Memory Architecture
Support AMD Memory Profile (AMP) memory
I see that the board calls for max 1866Mhz before needing to be overclocked to a faster card(if im understanding this right). I bought 2133MHz to use with this board with a AMD A10 5800 CPU. so does that mean that the 2133MHz wont work? or does it mean that it will still work when first tried but wont get full effect until overclocking is done?
Im pretty new to all this so trying to learn about it. I thought if it can be OC to 2133mhz why not just buy the faster size already....
Or is this telling me that 2133MHz will work but it's going to need OC.....
I could use the help or advice about what would be the best thing to do here.
