What is your highest OC that you can boot with stock voltage? Not Stable but able to boot to Windows

I got mine to boot at 3.4Ghz

340x10=3.4GHz
1.178V in BIOS
1.168V in CPU-Z

I think my cheap Motherboard is the on holding me back

I know, I'm not asking for the Highest OC on stock voltage but the Highest OC that you can boot into Windows and Validate it with CPU-Z, with no stress testing.

I'm saving money for the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P, I just got the motherboard with the E7300 for $100. I don't have money lying around buying PC parts on impulse as a 17 Year old kid with sports, I don't really want splurge all my money on PC Parts, I'm just doing some experimentations with computers.
