My 4830 barely gets warm (50-53c when the room is warm and I leave if folding for extended periods with the fan set at 25%). With mine, I can manually set the fan, or let the card control the fan. I usually do the latter and it seems to keep the fan dialed really low untill the card gets over 50c, then it will spin it up to 20-30%. Mine is currently clocked at 700 core and 910 mem.
