I have a 7950 and i have it at 1120 mhz clock / 1610 mhz Memory / +20% power / VDDC 1162mv / MVDDC 1600mv

How can i go higher than this.. the card has already broke past 10k on 3dmark11
and its still running cool

well its just usual, try to add 25Mhz on core and if it BSOD's bump a little voltage .05v. Other than that, its a really good overclock on that card.

Ensure that is truly stable... Run Sleeping Dogs benchmark maxed out. That will typically bring any overclock to its knees. If it can pass an instance of Sleeping Dog you can bet it is close to being maximally stable... No overclock is really 100% stable. I thought mine was at 1200 / 1600 then it failed 3DMark Fire Strike Extreme custom...
