well i was just browsing the website and saw this x1950 pro for only £158...is this not the best bang for buck right now...i was going to get the x1800xt 256 for £140 but this is only £18 more...also the Gecube version is £170..and the cooler looks crazy..and they even mention it being cooled by a TEC!!! <img alt="" src="http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/GeCube_FZX1950pro.jpg" style="border:0px solid;">

They also have the X1950 Pro AGP version as well. They certainly aren't worth it on a graphics card. Did you ever see the Titan Amanda or Vigor Monsoon TEC CPU coolers? They didn't perform any better than good air cooling, and cost $150. Do you want the extra cost associated with a TEC to go along with your graphics card purchase? Who knows, maybe they will make it work, I just don't think it is worth the extra cost.

stunning looking card i might get 2 of these for cross fire , they mention overclocks close to core700mhz , and performance close to x1950 xt

Thatas the cheapest 1950 i've seen. Besides the one below. I thinks the pipes alone make people want to get it.

I'd expect a street price of around $250 - $270 here in the US. Prices of the X1950XTX are around £300 in the UK and $500 in the US. Thus, in the US, stuff is relatively a bit cheaper than just hitting UK prices with the exchange rate.

Will there be any difference in price of the x1950pro PCIe and the AGP version??
