Windows 7 32 bit on my sig rig posting 1800.... is it windows 7 or are these 4870's out of the box just this crappy ? The cards are stock atm but I was hopeing of topping 20k at least in CF. I mean my 3870x2 + 3870 beat the crap outta these cards.

This doesn't sound too off... My rig scores in the 20k range and your cards generally come in just under mine in most testing. What were you scoring with the triple GPU setup before?

Dang, how do your scores compaire with vantage ? I would hope that these newer cards will out perform older cards with the newer test at least?

In Catalyst Control Center, make sure all your sliders are moved to performance instead of quality. Then OC that chip a little bit more, and you will break 20k I think.
