I'm fairly confident that all sata II hard drives are hot swappable, but the motherboard might not support it, and depending on the raid/non-raid setup you have, you need to make sure it is supported.
As long as they are running AHCI and not a SATA emulation as XP sometimes did? I think. I know hot swapping is a SATA AHCI function and part of what makes it SATA.
