Those are real decent rad fans, you can get them a lot cheaper here..86cfm Pana .They just don't have a RPM wire.
i just thought that as long the high speed panaflo(s) and medium speed panaflo(s) are both the same price why not get the high speed panaflo(s), but i am not about noise the high speed panaflo(s) will create.

Any suggestions ?
Sure. Get the higher rpm ones. They'll give you better temps.
Just to let you know, I never had a Panaflo that would run at less than 7V

get the highspeed one. thier pretty good decent fans, then get a fan controller if you want them quiter

i have this power supply XIGMATEK MC NRP-MC751 750W

will the high speed panaflo(s) work fine(full speed) with this power supply?

Sure,There only around a 6.25W fan. I use the 115cfm Pana as my rad fans, love them, they don't seem loud to me but some do complain about them. There on sale here.115cfm Panaflo-SVC .These have the RPM wire, any Pana that has a BX suffix has a RPM wire.

EDIT: If you haven't already bought the rad the GTX will out perform the Fesser with 80+ cfm fans.

so Feser is not good with 80+ CFM fans ?

why spell "RAD" in all caps? that would be if all of the letters would stand for a different word.

aaaanyway, the feser are good rads... and obviously they will do better with high CFM fans than with low CFM fans... its merely the case that at ~70 and higher, the GTX rads take over the performance crown. The GTX's have a higher fin density, which means they have a higher pressure drop on the air side, so you need a certain CFM and static pressure combination to overcome that before it will outperform other rads. as stated, ~70CFM is around that point, but it will still perform decently with fans of as low as 20-30CFM and up, although at that point the PA and Feser will outperform the GTX. the trick is, buying a rad thats good for the maximum rated CFM of your fans, but you can still turn your fans down on a controller.

tl;dr: the Feser is good, but at 80CFM the GTX is better.

Any rads will benefit from higher CFM. That is simply a fact of life. However rads with low fan densities achieve the "limiter" of thermal performance with lower CFM fans than rads with higher fin densities. It is not really a limiter (hence the caps) since the only real limit is ambient temp, but the slope of performance for low fdi fans becomes really flat really fast while high fdi goes from flat to steep and when you get to like 200cfm, flat again.
